But if you want to win games and tournaments one needs different skills, namely talent, real talent. He should play in a circus, maybe as a circus clown.

Tennis is fortunate to have Kyrgios. He is so fun to watch no matter what is going on, you're always going to get a show. Shouldn't matter to anyone else whether he reaches his potential or not if it doesn't matter to him, just sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

I've slightly revised my opinion after the Wimbledon final yesterday! He does push it with the umpires but I still think his negative reputation is overblown and it's mainly just a colossal pain watching him self-destruct so predictably.

Dude really is something else. I think he's had some major growth since the last Wimbledon run. I think his reputation is a little skewed by a lot of people. One of my friends who played on my college's tennis team went to a tourney in FLorida I think and he got to meet Nick. Said he was incredibly nice. THey were actually sitting right with him in the stands and said he was super appreciative of his fans.
Coming here after seeing Nick's interview with Jay Shetty. The guy was going through his darkest days while playing the best tennis of his life. He's been unfaurly put through alot. I love that many of us can still appreciate how good he is despite everything he was going through, how the media were portraying him and how people treated him. Hope he knows that there is plenty of love for him ❤
he's sometimes unbearable and so wrong in his battles with umpires and journalists (not to mention when he throws racquets around), but in the court he's absolute magic. For me, the most talented guy to ever take a racquet in his hands.
Watch other players in training. All the top guys can do the same things he does. The difference is they keep it on the practice court because they want to win. People also conveniently forget all the times he tries stuff that fails.
@kino music you have to remember Nick has never had a full time coach his entire adult career. he also stays up late gaming alot, goes out often and is known to only train for an hour two, rarely does he put in a solid 6 to 8 hour training session. when you consider all this, his skills are actually off the charts! you think how many players are out there dieting, getting full time coaches, training daily and they still csnt beat this dude. Nick is also one of only two people to beat Roger, Rafa and Nole on their first meeting and has had some insaneatches with all them too. Belive me he is talented!
Just to put a few facts out there; Nick has beaten top players recently including Ruud and Rublev. That last one in particular was the most dominant display I've seen over a top 10 mens player for the last few years. When Nick is on fire, he is untouchable.
No player has ever produced his shots or been more entertaining. The most talented player ever born. The Ronaldinho of Tennis. Looks one way and the ball goes the other. Never be another like him.
the perfect player for me would be strokes of Wawrinka, fitness of Djoko, warrior mindset of Nadal, touch of Federer and unpredictability and power of Kyrgios.

Keep getting better and improving mentally especially,,,,you got what it takes and then some!
