CRF300L Nighttime Ride - Alpena Spot Roamer LEDs

Another nighttime ride on the CRF 300L. This time after I installed a set of LED pods from Wal-Mart. The Alpena Spot Roamers look good and really help light the night

How did you install these? Do they plug into the blank behind the headlight? Or do they need wiring in a bit more involved?

I drilled a hole in the Tusk handguard bar and I tied them into the "high beam" switch. When I flip to high beam the LED and the headlight all work together.

Where do you normally ride? I’m in NWA and looking for good areas to ride around Springdale.

I mostly ride around the White Rock / Shores Lake area. Tons of good trails and dirt roads.
