I really am, man! Wish I didn't have to put the channel off for a few weeks due to the pandemic but just picked up a new job so hopefully will be ordering some parts soon!
Hello friend, very good video, I would like to know if you could explain to me how you have connected the regulator and the CDI to the m-unit? ,I am mounting one to my CBX750 that is the same as the model CB 750 and I have many doubts about how to do it... would you be so kind as to explain it to me?in the video I do not get to see well as as connected these units, greetings and thanks from Spain
Wow all the way from Spain, welcome and thank you so much! I'm more than happy to help. So the original wire that gives 12v power to the contacts/rotor is the only wire you'll need to run into the "Ignition" spot on the M-unit. Everything else should be ran exactly how it was in stock form, I did not change anything or move any wires around. I don't know much about using a aftermarket CDI if that's what you're using because I only have an upgraded Dyna S igniton. For my regulator, I ran the power wire into the "AUX 1" spot on the M-unit because that will provide 12v power. I did this because my regulator is right next to the M unit so the wire reached. It should be the black wire coming out of the regulator. As far as I know, Honda uses black wires as 12v power. The rest of the wiring coming from the regulator will also be ran like stock. I hope this helps!
I was nervous and worried about messing it up but I've been driving the bike without issue since this video! It takes a little time and research but you shouldn't let it hold you back from getting one! A lot of info out there!
The only wiring I have between the M unit and ignition is the one wire running from "Ignition" on the M unit into the "Y" connector I showed in the video. That then split off between the contacts and to the ignition coils. So other than running the wire from the m unit to that split off, it was ran as it would be stock. All the m unit is doing is providing is power. I hope I'm making it clear enough
Dude that is awesome. Seems like you are enjoying the journey.

Yes sirrr🔥💯🙏🏽
Did you run the “spark boxes” in the ignition coils circuit, or did you just run wire feed from the m-unit straight to the coils?
