Thanks, Jim. I never used to think it was all that special until I did one in Stockholm when Per Welinder was MC'ing and he went nuts on the mic. Made me re-evaluate it somewhat!
It's much harder to do a rolling 50/50 than a rolling no handed 50-50, as far as I'm concerned. First, you've got to bend over - never fun - and then you've got to figure out a way to fingerflip it into position without breaking your hand. On the other hand, it's really easy to scoop up the no handed 50-50 this way and then grab the nose once it's high enough. Lillis Åkesson does that to fingerflip back off the truck, for instance.
Awesome video Tony. Just recently discovered and learned them by myself, but I still do them kinda like a Flop to Casper, just with the standing foot over the axle. Its definitely a trick that needs a lot of precision to pull it off right. Could you maybe talk about Coconut Wheelies in the future? I just can hold them for one second or im just stopping dead, even with the right wheels. Would love to see that
Yeah, I was trying them at first with the casper-style foot placement, and it definitely needs more precision that way. One of the benefits of the kickflip hook is that you get all the power and control you need, but you can just roll your foot round to the truck in a more controlled fashion. Give it a go and see if it helps you too. Coconut wheelies... I definitely want to do a video on them, but I need to shoot that with a filmer and not a tripod. Hard to really convey the movement properly on a locked shot. It's on the to-do list for sure.
Yes! A Tutorial where I can learn on my Journey! I’m Just 13 years old, But I’m a Fast Learner or let’s just say Smart, I Use Calculations or my Brain. I meant in the journey is.... What I’m gonna say the “Big Impossible Dream” I want to be The Next Rodney Mullen.... Please, can you the tutorial for the trick I think called “Fs One Footed Casper Disaster”
If you're just getting started, I highly recommend this new page over on the website: freestyletricktips.com/freestyle-skateboarding-101/ That should help you get up to speed in the most efficient way. I think I know the trick you mean; I've not done a frontside casper disaster for a while, but they're an interesting one. I'll have to dig them back out next time I go for a skate, but I'll put it on the list for you.
I'm already suscribited
best freestyle channel for sure .. so dope Tony
I wish RUclips channels had movie-style adverts so I could put that quote on one.
Bloody good, mate. That's a really beautiful trick.

@@FreestyleTricktips Per is a tough audience and difficult to impress, which you obviously did.
Is it possible to do that while doing a normal 50/50 if (essentially a 50/50 to no handed 50/50)?

@@FreestyleTricktips thanks, ill give them a try this way. And take your time with the Coconut Wheelies! Thanks for noticing my suggestion
No worries. Let me know if there's anything else you want some help with - I'm always open to suggestions.
Really like your channel but would like to see more sessions
If it ever stops raining I'll fill up a flask of coffee and see what I can put together.
