  • UPDATE: Burning Man has purchased the property and will be offering tours! Learn more here: flyranch.burni...
David Jamison has been taking people to a place like no other in the world. Jamison says that he is worried about its future mainly for "greedy" reasons, he still wants to be able to take people out here. It has grabbed hold of him. But he is anything but greedy. He volunteers to take people out here every chance he gets so that people who take the time to find him, make arrangements and the long journey can experience Fly Geyser. Thank you David Jamison.

This is paradise for me. In vibrant reds, greens, and other colors. This is my personal paradise. This curious object suddenly emerges out of the boundless desert is not a product of human artistry but rather an original work of nature. A geyser created by hot water erupting from deep down in the earth.

I found out this is not a naturally fromed geyser. It was a well drilled in 1916. It did not become an actual geyser until the 1960's when the hot water began pouring into the shaft of the well. Then the hot water began streaming to the surface and the mound began to form.

The reservoir is pretty large 2 or 3 Olympic size pools. That was back in the 80's & 90's. The water might be too hot now as those geothermal areas change temperature all the time.

      Mike Paluch
What I read after my post, is that it was drilled into a natural aquifer to see if the water was hot enough to support a thermal energy project. They improperly capped their test well so the water now has a path to the surface and it is now an artesian well. More natural minerals would be dissolved because of the heat of the water compared to a cold spring. Testing would be a good idea, because of the arsenic in so much of Nevada and California underground water.

Mike B There always has been water under the crust of the earth...just because man has used water and it becomes ground water in some cases does not mean water was not under the crust since the beginning as the Scriptures says...You can also see flood evidence at Vasques Rocks..evolutionists tell the lie that it is formed by millions of years of erosion..that is not true..it is evidence of a torrent released from the high desert to the San Fernando floor from the flood 4,000 years ago....just look at the fly Geyser and you can see things on the earth rapidly form and not by even 50 years...Mt St. Helen is another great example of how rapidly erosion forms when a violent event occurs...besides the Flood evidence with petrified trees standing upward in the geological terrain in the earth confirms Noahs flood over millions of years of monkey science perpetrated by Atheistic Globalist to secure their Illuminati control over the monetary system of the World...

What is great about this country is that you are free to believe whatever you chose. That doesn't mean what you believe is true. What if I told you that everything in Genesis is taken from other religions? You would probably say something along the lines of "you are misguided" or "My bible says it so it must be true". When all you have to do is pick up a book or two and venture outside of your comfort zone. Ignorance is bliss, and I find myself living among people living in their own made up paradise.

Johnny you just make all the same standard accusations that are all refuted...and use the word probably...If you check out my statements once again you will see the example of the Geiser is in compliance with Genesis...You should go to ICR and read some of their articles and you might just deal with your own prejudice and go outside your comfort zone and just investigate information...in general..I have done so in all my investigations ..I always listen to the opposition and their arguments ..that is how any great scholar comes to truth that is convoluted by lies...I simply gave the example Genesis 7:11..the great thing about this country is God did shed His Grace on us and although the majority of our forefathers were Deists and Masons and believed heresies..they based the principles of Liberty and Justice on the Bible and Christianity...The Lord has worked in mysterious ways..and many of the common citizens were pilgrims that held to the purity of Doctrine and their theology was correct in small sects while there was also apostasy at the same time..apostate.religions with Masonic origins and oaths such as Mormonism and Jehovah Witnesses..as couple of examples...

Isn't Nevada not an actual federal jurisdiction or something? Like they rigged it as an unincorporated area so they could have gambling or something?
....anyways; might have something to do with why there's not national park.

It's private land. Often the federal or state government will purchase land to protect it.

      1. Most of Nevada land is federally owned. But it's still a state.
      2. They have gambling and prostitution because those are not federal crimes. States can decide on those laws which is why there are different kinds of gambling in many other states and different kinds of prostitution (like porn).
      3. Just because there's something mildly interesting on a piece of land doesn't mean the government is supposed to or even should own it.

nope, it's real .. I read in some article that it's a private land owned by Todd Jaksick (though I'm not sure if he's still the owner now).. and that he only alllows few researchers and photographers up close every year

There are many beautiful and amazing places in the Nevada desert. Open land as far as the eyes can see. Peaceful, majestic and tranquil.
