- This ugly lawn gets a free makeover on a yard full of weeds. I show the the transformation but I also show you the process I use to get the results. It took a couple of weed control application as well as some quality fertilizer to improve the curb appeal of this property. I think it will continue to improve as the warm summer weather helps the lawn thicken. Enjoy the results but also the lawn care tips involved in the the process!

My wife won't let us eat there anymore because they never wipe down their tables LOL. We went in one day and the only customers with 5 people standing around on their phones. I love the food though.
Can I mix change up, Celsius, and certainty for spit spraying Bermuda and centipede lawns?
You probably can but I don't think it's necessary. I would leave either change up or Celsius out of the mix

Being a commercial property and having all that concrete around I bet there is a lot of rocks under the turf that is probably pretty compacted. That tree stump needs to be removed and I wonder if they have a gutter system…but all in all great job!

What about American burnweed? I have a new community in which we have to manage everyone’s lawns and it’s all new construction and sod. We got about 200 homes so far and it’s straight clay soil and we’re struggling getting weeds under control. Celebration Bermuda turf is what’s being installed. Is there a great mixture of herbicides that’s safe-ish for Bermuda and will eliminate a ton of weeds.
I don't mind the look of clover.
Dandelion does look weedy for sure.
