I love all your videos so informative and helpful. Can you share your number system range list? example 100-200 bracelets, 201-300 Necklace etc please. I'm going to the number/color systems. Thank you kindly.
Very welcome Sis. So it kinda depends on how you want to organize it. If you organize it by colors, it can get a little tricky if you're trying to put it all on a pegboard but ultimately, it's a coding system that you'll want to come up with. I originally started off with sorting it based on the type of jewelry: Bracelets, Earrings, Fashion Fix, Hair Accessories, Kids, Long Necklaces, Necklaces (Short), Sets, Zi. Each type, I used the first letter and then the number, making it flexible for growth. Example: B001, B002 (for all my bracelets), E001, E002 (for all my earrings). Each piece is put on the pegboard in alpha/numeric order and the extra inventory is filed away. With Premiere, I organized all my Hostess Rewards (which I had over 1k) and sorted them by color and somewhat by type. I don't plan on hanging these on the pegboard, but mainly be organized and available online or vendor events. I can still show them on lives too, but the piece gets filed back in filing and not hung. These are organized by color and numerically. All my Black pieces are 001-300, All my brass pieces are 301-600, etc. I basically give each color 300 #s which is alot of room for growth. Hope this helps! Ultimately, look at your space you have as well..

Thank you Sis for the support and subscribing! I purchase them through Amazon. In my description in this video, there’s some link to the supplies I used. Correct. I label mine based on that as you stated. It just allows me to use the same format and numbering. Ultimately, if you have a numbering system, you should be just fine. I ran my labels through my printer for my protector sheets (bigger labels), but handwrite on the small ones that go on the piece since those labels I can’t run through the printer. @@kyrasantospaparazziaccessories Hi sorry for the late response I am in the process of getting a shopify store and was wondering how shipping worked thru them. But all I need to do is charge a flat rate from what I'm understanding
Hi Amber. In the beginning of my Paparazzi journey I did vendor events. I found it very difficult though with my kiddos and lugging all the jewelry (honest answer). Since COVID hit, I have not done one yet. I have been looking into doing one though. 1) As for the inventory, I was going to trial just taking my Zi pieces and see how that goes. 2) Another option is taking all my hostess rewards and any jewelry currently not in my Shopify system. 3) Last option would be to take any jewelry I have loaded in my Shopify store, numbered or not, and bring the extra inventory. Whatever I sell at the vendor event, I will have to keep a tally so I know to remove it from my Shopify store at the end of the day or event period. This last option can be tricky since I have it on my online store. I can either turn off all my products or the ones I’m taking from my online channels, since they are going to my vendor event. If you wanna keep your Shopify store running during your event, you can create one working invoice in Shopify during the event using yourself as the customer and reserve the items as they sell at your event so they get removed from your Shopify online inventory real time. You’ll need to create the invoice on a laptop to reserve the pieces though. This would be good too to track your vendor event sales through Shopify. There might be a system that removes pieces from your Shopify store as you sell them (ie. Square or PayPal device), but I’m not knowledgeable on that. Just know you risk someone buying that piece online while it’s in the hands of your vendor shoppers. 👍
So when you go live, your Shopify and buy it live tell the customers how man you have? What I mean is, when you are live how do you know how many necklaces you have of that one number or do you just show it and when they have all be purchased it tells the customers sold out?
I do not know how many pieces I have, but if it’s on my wall, it’s pretty much sellable unless it was just bought. My system won’t allow me to oversell, since if it’s sold out and I just showed it, it won’t be available for the customer to buy it. That doesn’t happen too often though and that would happen if someone literally shopped my store and I was showing the piece on my live.
