Another similar recipe I do is
Cut the leftover rotis in triangle shape then fry them and add chilli powder chast masala and salt for taste while it's still hot and then enjoy with tea ☕
In my state, we put gud (jaggery)by warming it, and then we don't use water we use this and this called suhali it is very tasty

Or Crush nicely all the below things in Hand mortar and keep it in airtight container for 2 days.
1tsp onion powder, 1/4 ginger powder, 1/4 black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp oregano and chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp sugar
