The Gujarat Hybrid Renewable Energy Park is an under construction renewable energy park located near Vighakot village near Kutch district of Gujarat, India. It is expected to generate 30 gigawatt electricity from both solar panels and wind turbines when completed, over an area of 72,600 hectares (726 km2). When completed, the park will generate 30 gigawatt electricity from both solar panels and wind turbines. It will spread over an area of 72,600 hectares (726 km2) of waste land. When completed, it will be the biggest hybrid renewable energy park in the world. The developers are obligated to install 50% of their allocated capacity by 2023 and complete the project by 2025. The Power Grid Corporation of India will manage the electric power transmission. The park is expected to generate one lakh jobs and attract an investment of ₹150,000 crore (US$21 billion). It also accounts for 5 crore tonnes carbon emission reductions each year. The proposal of the park was approved by the Government of Gujarat on 9 September 2020, allocating 60,000 hectares (600 km2) of land. The proposal had mentioned total 41.5 gigawatt capacity. The foundation stone of the project was laid on 15 December 2020 by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

High temperature has nothing to do with efficiency of solar panels , but low temperature is better for efficiency.
Solar panels need sunlight not heat, that's why most ideal place for solar installation is leh where it gets more exposure to sunlight and temperature is also low which increases efficiency of panel.

@@mitaligajjar2129 what? Solar panels are made up of semiconductor material and works on photoelectric effect. Heat reduces the efficiency of solar panels. That's why semiconductor devices use coolant to supress the heat.
In most cases you see water is being sprayed on solar panels to keep it cool and clean.
Solar panels need Photon to emit electrons not heat.
If you are saying that i am wrong, then don't just write wrong give proof .

@@meow14115 which project would you under take a project with 50 % efficiency or 30 % efficiency even if you need equipment replacement in 7 year in first project compared to second project . You may assess such things using profitibility index, etc etc. This is financial aspect. This is govt owned land imagine having to to do land aquisition lease for a 30 gw solar cum wind power project. This is semi arid land you can do agriculture of some provided you can arrange water. This project will power desalination plant coming up in the region. The wind power project is there so there is ample wind speed . So even if the the temp may go as high as 45 deg c the wind will have a n effect. You may be knowing that in such region night are colder and day are very hot. 355 day sunlight very light rainfall/ cloud that it is one of best condition for setting the project.
It is very good but don't import solar panels from China it should be made in india..

It is far western side of india , so at peak hours till 6.30( IST ) pm solar energy generation available .ie additional 1 hour sunlight available . And at NE india will give morning 5 AM IST solar power generation available
