    when i took a vacation in 2014 i went through Arizona and New Mexico and i noticed cotton farms in those states.

    @4:19 "Most of the farmers were too poor to own land". No, no, no. Without slaves the land had no value. Natchez was once one of the most wealthiest cities in the U.S. before the Civil War. It fell off a cliff once there was no more free labor in the economic system. There is no free labor in a capitalist economy so that U.S. pre-civil war economy has to be called something else besides capitalism.

      Matter of fact the land was free, the federal govt gave away the land.
