I understand the points he’s making, but it’s not a “logical fallacy” though. I do appreciate and get what he’s trying to say however that was Improper usage of the term.
*Council, Consultation* Ash-Shūrā (Arabic: الشورى, al-shūrā,("Council, Consultation") is the 42nd chapter (sūrah) of the Qur'an (Q42) with 53 verses (āyāt). Its title derives from the question of "shūrā" (consultation) referred to in Verse 38. The term appears only once in the Quranic text (at Q42:38).
There is a reason for not doing that first 3 is because prophet (saw) used to tell those 3 Khalifa (ra) to pray in the prayer time. That’s why those first 3 khalifa was choose like that way. Because they were chooses by prophet (saw) as imam during his life and was instructed to lead the prayer. Maybe my knowledge is less than others I just said what it happened.
Even though this narration is only available for the first ruler, there are Sunni reports that state that the Prophet never commanded Abu Bakr to lead prayers. In fact, when he did try to lead, the Prophet stopped him. But the problem at hand is something different. Why was a Shura used to appoint these caliphs when there is no concept of Shura for this purpose in the Quran nor in the Sunnah?
Surah Ash-Shura (42:38): وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَىٰ بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ ينفِقُونَ Surah Al-Imran (3:159): فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ لِنتَ لَهُمْ وَلَوْ كُنتَ فَظّا غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لَانفَضُّوا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُم في الْأَمْرِ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّه إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِين Shura means that the person chosen by Allah can consider others’ opinions to make them feel acknowledged, but ultimately, the person chosen by Allah has the final say and can act as they see fit
Democracy needs tempered and Islamic rule can't be what they call Political Islam or Popular Islam. How can those three be Rightly Guided Successors, if they knew they came to power in violation of Islamic principles and didn't perfectly exemplify Islamic tradition in their rule. It would eb one thing to have gaps and to be misled into decisions with faulty evidence, but to have problems understanding Islamic behavior at all might disqualify almost all..

You are wrong Uthman bin Afan was chosen bay shura third Khalifa you are misgudin your shia people.
