So to start off with if you recall Mark is the triplets biological father after he hurt Mike to try to force him into the prank and both of your theories on how Mike can get pregnant are accurate the chemicals change some of his genetics so he can have kids but he is a male. Yes Noah and Eli are dead not in the past for Noah he doesn't get killed by Ennard until about 5 years after the prank. Elijah possesses Nightmare and Mike possesses NM Foxy. Noah goes on to possess Ennard however he knows what happened to Mike in the past and he knows both Mike and Eli are already dead they told him because they didn't want to keep anything from him.
