One question if data comes from transport layer to network layer where logical addressing is done which is done thru routers ,then comes data link layer where switches are involved which does MAC addressing of the packet if m not wrong . My question is if m connected in a LAN ,i wud b first connectd to a switch and then router ,so technically speaking data shud come from transport layer to switches to router

First thing, sorry for late reply
Before the data leaves the NIC all layers would add their headers to data from app layer to physical layer then yes it would first reach the switch and there only headers of physical and data link layer would be peeled off to see where the packet should be forwarded, that's why switches are called as layer2 device and when switch forward the request to router , router is able to peel 3 layers physical, data link and network to do further activity.
