Angasudhi is important for a better dancing body.
Tribhangi is the standing position or stance formed by resting of one leg in front of the other, knees bent with feet pivoted in opposite directions to create a curvilinear stance. An imaginary line runs diagonally connecting the three points: knees, torso, and neck. A sharp deflection of the hip from the horizontal plane and the opposite deflection of the torso with the head deflecting to the same side of the hip.
