Creating and analysing a simple bar graph in SigmaPlot 13

This tutorial runs through the process of creating a simple bar graph comparing three sets of raw data using SigmaPlot. Once the graph is made a one-way ANOVA with multiple comparisons test is carried out to compare the data sets.

Thank you. How do I insert an error bar on an already existing bar chat using SigmaPlot? The bar chat was initially a plot of conc. against response (not normalized) with error bars. The moment I modify the plot using the normalized values in percentages the error bars disappears. Any help please? Thank you.

Hello, thanks for you help! How can I break ranges (I have a lot of difference between 3 gropus, and my graphic is a mini barrs vs a big one) I don't know if changing the scale or break ranges, I couldn't find how to do it, THANKS!

Hi, if it’s a grouped bar that implies more then one group which would need a 2-way ANOVA.
