You did a monumental work in the past ten years. I really hope RUclips has plans for long term data storage because this huge amount of knowledge is a gift to humanity, and it's very unlikely that someone else is going to put that much effort into something publicly available. Thank you so much.
Hello Thomas, wow, thank you for your amazing comment. You have taken my breath away with your generous and powerful acknowledgements. 🙏 Yes, it has been ten years of making teaching, performance videos, and charts. While these are labors of love, they have also brought me great joy. It is a privilege to be able to pass on my knowledge and love for some of the jewels of the piano repertoire. Your words are a gift for me which I will treasure always. 💕
Hello Joshua, thank you for your lovely and appreciated words! I always enjoy hearing from you. I've been doing well and am diligently working on a few new video projects! Continuing best wishes to you and with your playing. 💖

What a marvelous lesson! Explanation with marvelous depth and amazing grace. My heart is filled with admiration and gratitude as I teach my 8-yr old this song using the tips from you. 😊🙏
Hello music_recordings, thank you very much for your beautiful, eloquent, and most appreciated words! 🙏 I'm delighted to hear that you are using the tips in this tutorial to help your child learn this wonderful Sinfonia No. 15. Best wishes to you both on your musical journeys with the piano! 🎵
Hello Irene, thank you so much for your kind words! I appreciate your interest in seeing more videos that will be coming in the future. Best wishes to you. 🎵
Dear Sally, SO WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS!!!!! Thank you for my favourite Bach and for an excellent performance/tutorial, your video will be helpful for many pianists, congratulations for 18.300 subscribers to your great channel, I wish you and your family all the best for this summer vacation season, again my heartfelt greetings from Poland to San Francisco, have a nice relaxing sunny warm weekend. Joanna
Hello Joanna, thank you for another wonderful and supportive comment! It is always so nice to hear from you. I also hope this tutorial will help many pianists. 🎵 Very best wishes to you from sunny San Francisco! 🌻
Hello Lasombra, thank you for your beautiful and meaningful acknowledgements. It is a privilege and joy to share my passion for this repertoire and for learning. I am very grateful to have been able to dedicate my life to this work. 🎵Your words are a gift I will treasure always. With all best wishes to you!
Hi Sally, wow, another wonderful tutorial and performance. Thank you so much for the encouragement on practice techniques that you have mentioned here and in other videos you have made. I remind myself as often as I can remember to give my brain a break. And keep it slow and hands apart until they are locked in to my brain. The six hour space between morning and evening practice sessions is something I am definitely going to be more diligent about doing. I tend to practice in big chunks probably too long. Thanks for the advice, hope you are well, your energy is so amazing. Best wishes.
Hello Jim, thank you for your wonderful words about this tutorial, performance, and the "energy!" 💕I also really appreciate hearing that my suggestions for giving the brain a six hour rest between practice sessions was helpful. We can only pack in so much information per session, and I found this tip to really work! I'm thrilled you are benefitting from these videos. Thank you for your continuing support, and much joy to you with your daily practicing!
I loved this video. The tempo you have selected brings out the colors and patterns so nicely. I also appreciate your comments on how to establish habits in practicing and what we can expect. I find learning a piece to be very demanding and it takes longer than what I think it should. I appreciate your words of encouragement.
Hello Roger, thank you for your wonderful words about this video! I'm so glad you were encouraged by my suggestions about establishing good practice habits. I find it usually takes longer to really learn a piece well than we might have expected. Being patient with ourselves will forward the process and make it more enjoyable and fruitful. With all best wishes to you with your daily joyful practicing learning these great pieces! 🎵
Dear Lady Sally. A beautiful performance of a piece. A beautiful piece. Unfortunately, not my level yet. Thank you very much for this wonderful music moment. I am proud to have recorded a Bach piece today. Unfortunately not so beautiful and not so great. I invite you to watch. I would be very pleased. Yours sincerely and wish you a wonderful weekend 💓
Hello Robert, thank you for another very lovely comment! It is so nice to hear from you. I appreciate your interest and support in these videos, even if they are not yet at your level. I hope the sounds of this beautiful music of Bach will enrich your life! Best wishes to you and with your playing. 💕
Hello Michael, thank you for your wonderful and meaningful words. I really appreciate hearing that the lesson was inspiring for you! 🌟With all best wishes. 🎵
Balance! What a fantastic piece and teaching video. I’m always amazed at you’re able to break down the piece and make it approachable. Those repeated Ds are brutal. But now I understand why. I had so many ah ha moments during this presentation. ❤
Hi Gina, thank you so much for your wonderful and very appreciated words about this piece and teaching video. I'm so happy you liked the breakdown, and had many "ah ha" moments! 🙏Thank you for commenting about my analysis and suggestions for measure 28 with the repeated Ds. It was a great moment for me when I finally figured out how to negotiate the colliding hands in this technically challenging passage! Philip used to always say, "You have to know your hands!" Each person has to find which way works best for their hands, especially in a measure like this! I hope you play Sinfonia No. 15 and teach it to your students as well! 💖
Hello Pierre, thank you for your kind words about this video! In regards to tips on the fast hands-together passages, please watch the video at 30:00-33 where I give practice suggestions for measures 11-13 and how to pulse on the big beats with the fingers and arm pull-downs. This applies to all of the 32nd-note passages (including measure 6) that are marked in green boxes on the Color Structural Analysis pdf. It will be important to practice hands alone slowly. Please also see 5:30-6:00 in the video where I show how to follow the blocked and broken chord inversions that are within these measure 3 & 6 passages. I hope this helps, and I wish you all the best with your playing. 🎵
Hello Sally, I just want to let you know that this fan is patiently, and anxiously awaiting your next video, as they have become a comfortable part of my musical life...I hope all is well, and I do understand the great detail and preparation that you put into these productions, and I equivalently get that much more out of them. P.s hopefully you can share some more Chopin! 😊
Hello Steve, thank you for your touching and very appreciated words! It means so much to me to know that the videos have become a part of your musical life. Your anticipation for the next video brings a smile to my face, as this video will be uploaded soon. I'm also happy to say that during the coming months I am working to complete the performance and teaching video for a significant work of Chopin! 💕 Thank you for your interest and support. This helps to energize me to continue making these labors of love. 🙏 With all best wishes to you.

Love your vids and I hope this does not sound patronising or rude, but with a voice like yours, you should do an ASMR video. X
C'est un peu maniéré et se veut "expressif" alors que l'égalité donne un meilleur résultat, à mon avis.
