The food looks very delicious 😋….As a Ghanaian Culture Preservationist, I’ll like to add that, Koobi is also called #Akpatogui in Ewe and our dumpling is called #Akple (softer texture with more cassava dough); the Gas’ are the banku makers, (Harder texture with more corn dough)
You are also right about the amount of tomatoes.
Historically, Ewes were the first to salt the Akpa aka tilapia. We invented the koobi. #Facts.
