Very good. Thank you. I have the worse case of Fibromyalgia in the world. Your tips helped me. It's probably because you have fibromyalgia also. I have been in as much pain as last stage dying cancer patients for 36 years. Have gone through this alone with no help. Been bedridden twice for years. My determination is driving me now along with medical marijuana. I started the marijuana less than a year ago. I tell them I need something for pain. I was on medically warranted pain medication for 9 years. It allowed me to do laundry and grocery shop twice a month. Had a positive outlook and walked my dog a few times a day. I stopped in 2016. My Rheumatologist retired in 2001. Trying to get better to help others.

Hi I feel your pain. Literally. I've had Fibro & ME for 41 years. It's been really severe the last ten years. Like you I worked for 36 years and raised my two children. The hardest part (other than the pain) is looking so well when you feel like you're dying inside. Look after yourself 🤗

You actually gave real tips & not some psychological mind over matter obvious things that we're obviously doing anyways 😅 thanks! The sleep hygiene is essential. I'm working towards those things.

Rest. Pacing. Heat. Refuelling and having lots of water. Try taking a GOOD multivitamin REGULAR LY! Yoga or swimming. Making sure you are getting restored sLeeP. Getting rid of the guilt and clutter and needless worries. Control what you can. Forget the person you were. Our batteries just don’t recharge as quickly as they once did. It’s hard… but possible to rebalance. Blessings 👏🖐🏻🙏🏾

Thank you so much for your video and I hope all out there who have to deal with things like fibromyalgia, get to have one day of feeling awesome. my prayers are with each and every one of you out there who is suffering from something remember no matter how bad it may seem there will always be someone who has it worse then you! So take the time to relish in the fact that you don't have it that bad even if it might be bad and be thankful that you can get up everyday because tomorrow is not given and the past is the past but what we can do is live for today, so stay positive be awesome just the Way you are and never give up the things you love no matter how hard it gets because when the going gets tough and the road gets rough and the journey seems like it takes forever know this when you reach the end of that journey! You will find two things, one that you can do anything you set your mind to and two that you just finished what you set out to do so pat yourself on the back for the good job and for sticking through with it no matter how hard it might have been, you achieved that you did that and now you can stand tall proud and mighty for achieving the goals you set out to obtain. May all who read this be showered in love peace happiness and a beautiful life well upon the face of this Earth.

Personally for me dealing with fibromyalgia is no picnic but what I found that keeps me going is my martial arts background because when we have those bad days or we can't do anything and we're feel like just giving up giving in and letting go because the pain is just so horrendous that it feels like you just got hit by a mack truck and then turn around to only realize you just stepped in the path of a moving locomotive and now I've gotten run over by a train and managed stand up only to hit your head in a bunch of beastness and watch as the beast sting you is how I choose to describe the pain of myalgia and my tricks are heat bags or rice bags and never giving up to keep pushing forward to keep persevering to keep trying no matter how hard life gets because if you give in to all that pain and all the problems then you'll never get to be the best version of yourself that you can be! And personally I find that Indica helps a lot because it allows my body to rest and allows my body to relax from the pain it does not take it away but it helps with the problem and it helps with sleeping if you have the right stuff just share it because one of the things I've noticed since I started using medical cannabis I was able to quit all the drugs they prescribed me because they were also causing problems on my body and here is this one little plant that almost there's no harm to the body and helps me to be able to function with my day-to-day life because without it I'd be crippled up somewhere unable to move and having no energy whatsoever. If you take anything away from this comment I have left then heat these words never give up never give in always keep trying to push forward no matter what because when we give in and we give up then we only have ourselves to blame! PS thank you so much for posting your video and one of my favorite things I like to do even if I only get the energy to do it once or twice a year and even if I only get to go down the hill once or twice is snowboarding and I'm going to keep doing it until I can't because that way I can live my life with no regrets saying I did that instead of wishing I had!

@@dianeattwell6294 myofascial pain syndrome is the most common chronic pain condition there is. Most fibromyalgia diagnosis are just really bad cases of myofascial pain syndrome.
There is also this other branch or pool of people who use fibromyalgia as a way to be lazy, Garner sympathy and just be derelicts
