Actually south india mein there are many thalis According to states..for example kerala sadhya is the thali..Sadhya consists of a minimum of 26 dishes..
pachadi, chenna mezhkkupuratti, avial, thoran, inji thayir, rice, olan, paal ada pradhaman, parippu, pazha pradhaman, pickles, banana chips and sharkara varatti..etc
I know its a headache to make all this but u should try 3-4 items..❤️🥰

You have done a fantastic job... actually Assamese thali ka asli maja toh haat se khane meh ata hai jaha ap alu bharta in Assamese we called it( Alu pitika ) usko rice aur dal ke sath mix karke haat se khao bara maja aata hai...but anyways you have got 10/10 from our side and much much love from Assam ❤

In west bengal we eat this kind of Bengali food bengan fry ( called as begun vaja) masoor dal ka bhajiya ( masoor dal er bora) drumstick (sojne datha) mashed potato (alu seddho). Khir (payesh)........we generally eat this kind of food..😶

Asmees thali and Bengali thali is similar... In Bengali we eat musur daler borar torkari, begun bhaja, and that rice kheer is called as payesh and drumstick is called sojne daatar torkari and we call alu bharta as alu sedhdho and this is very common dish in Bengal❤️
Gopaliiiiii, I am from banglore and let me tell you, the dosa, the way u made it, it's not the right way but appreciating your hardwork. And also come to banglore and try ghee masala dosa from a hotel called CTR, there's no going back from there!!!!!

you should definitely try uttarakhand food..it is majorly vegetarian and so tempting i cant tell you..we mostly use bhatt daal in our dishes for e.g. chutkaani,raajad bhaat,dubook etc..hope to see this in your next videos btw loved ur content❤
