Years ago our jurisdictional authority omitted the bleed off valve from the PVB, SVB, and DC test procedures. If the shutoff valves are not closing tightly, our JHA requires that they be replaced immediately. Some potions of our cross connection ordinance follow the USC standards to the tee and other portions not so much. Great comment. Thanks for watching.
