I thought they worked good, until I rode in a SCCA STU prepped 370z running the same 315 tires. then suddenly realized my brakes were crap. at least compared to a properly setup car. I'll have another video explaining why the brakes were acting up.
Have you ever tried to close up the gap between your hood and nose piece? I noticed that most cars have a big gap and that's why I haven't removed my nose, so as not to lose the alignment. Maybe they changed something in 90?
@@3rdGenGuy I think it's a big deal, the gap doesn't look good. Wish I knew more about it but I don't want to mess with mine. I've had the hood and fenders off but never the nose.
dude, those tie pliers are sweet!
"your very crappy working brakes" !? you told me they worked great.

Ya didn't think maybe you coulda made a block long enough to fit in caliper bridge area??
I was in a hurry, but afterwards I came up with a block that will work for next time.

every 82-92 car has some form of gap between the front bumper and hood.
mine is like 3/16in or so.
really not much you can do
@3rdGenGuy Nope, my hood touches the nose ever since it was new. Always wondered if the gap is adjustable.
I've never seen any 82-92 hood that didn't have a small gap.

What fluid do you use in the cleaner ?
Been using Simple Green Extreme Aircraft Cleaner.
it's pretty aggressive, but cleanes stainless very well.
My piston came out, and i pressed it back in but its leaking fluids still
Probably a pinched O-ring or a damaged O-ring.
Thats why i dont like willwood they cost so much and they dont even put springs inside thats why i went with corvette brakes from Bigbrakeupgrade
the Racing calipers from Wildwood come with the springs.
my calipers aren't the full racing ones so.
