During my uni days I used to add balachao ( Bangladeshi dried shrimp) while boiling the tokk and as garnish and chopped green chilli. Will try the deshi ingredients only version. Thanks 😀

For better tteokboaki try to use below thing than wheat which is available in bangladesh. 1. 2 cup of juha rice 1 cup of biroyain rice wash both rice and soak them over night. 2. Next day dry them under sun thn grind it to get rice powder. 3. Next follow the same process which you did with wheat powder :) taste will be exactly like koean tteokboaki.
