@@niketan46 Just spend time searching though his RUclips offerings, there are all kinds of mind blowing Kriyas for all kinds of issues, and lots of “lecture”/teaching videos, much of which is content from courses he sold. Many of the kriyas are great to do as daily practices, but you need the discipline to keep them up for several months to get the fruit. Do you have WhatsApp or any other form of contact (I’m in US)? I would be down to help you find some good kriyas as I’ve watched a lot of his content and am also kind of in need of some other people to keep me disciplined with my kriyas. If you are not cool with that just ask me some questions in the comments here if you so wish. Good luck with it all anyways!
