She can't. Idols are groomed from like 7/8 years old now. Thousands of them. And the ones who grow up too ugly or without talents get kicked out. This girl is WAY past the prime for being in a korean idol group.

New Jeans started when they were 11. Several members of Ive began in middle school, with one being 12. These are just big name people; there are people who trained to be an idol since five but didn't make it or never wanted it but their parents made them train anyway- This is no different to any other asian pursuit where asian parents force their children to take up piano or violin or some other 'hobby' to the level of competitiveness that's considered unusual in other races. Call me a liar all you like, but it's funny that for that to work- you have to lie that I'm lying. Asians are quite funny to foreigners- you all act one way but get offended when people point it out, despite knowing it's true you get all hurt and start deflecting. Tsk, tsk.
