Andrew said something during this podcast that made a lot of sense. He said women shouldn’t be in clergy because they aren’t honest enough to preach the gospel. I believe this translates to leadership, as well. How can these women be in charge if they are afraid to be honest when answering a question that will make someone else uncomfortable? Only those who operate from truth should lead and teach.

My aunt who's in her 30s asked why she can't find a Good man. I told her why. She cried and doesn't talk to me anymore.

As someone who went to an all-girls high school I'd say that the vast majority of women will go along with whatever other women say, even if it's stupid and illogical. You can have a good productive conversation with one woman, until a few more women come along and the first woman gets sucked into the Borg women collective and suddenly becomes unable to think for herself. It's really scary. It's one of the reasons why women shouldn't vote.

I'm on the panel, and I call myself a 10 (though I'm a 1). Now, I point to each woman on the panel and say, "I'm going out with you on Monday, you on Tuesday, you on Wednesday, ... and they all MUST say yes, because I called myself a 10.

The question "What would you rate yourself" is purely done with the objective of diminishing the woman answering. If it is a high number, then insult. If it is a low number, then insult. Considering the state of education right now, I think they just genuinely don't even know what an average actually means. Beauty standards in our culture might be constantly changing for women, but they are NOT changing for men.
As always, men want feminine, dressed fairly modest, no tattoos piercings, real hair, no raptor claws, no designer fashion nonsense, no plastic surgery.

Here is what is actually happening here:
Women know that their main form of currenncy is their looks. When they say everyone is a 10, what they mean is that women should remain delusional and if you can soend a 1 dollar bill and get 100 dollars of value from it; more power to you.
When cornered, they shut down because its better to shut down than to admit that their currency is drying up and they have nothing of value to show for their lives.
