Great tutorial. I just found some old books and didn't have a clue how to transform them into a journal. I want to share a fantastic glue I've found for thin papers, or any paper, really. - Elmers No-Wrinkle dual tip glue pen.The thin and wide tips work well for a variety of projects, and it's 'washable', so I can remove what sneaks out past the edges. Depending on the circumstance, I use a brayer, instead of a bone folder, to smooth out whatever I've glued. It's gentle enough for delicate paper. Thank you so much for your vlogs. Ubuntu we are safe in our little town of Hoedspruit I’m sure you must be shocked to see what went on in South Africa over the last few days. Our old home town was Amanzimtoti which was hit hard. They are still battling to get supplies. So sad 😞

You have a different approach to a used book. I like it. Absolutely inspired! I like the idea of starting a smaller book. Love your choices of font and that stencil. I don't have any stencils at all. I wish I would have seen your video first. Months ago I bought my first second hand book and the pages are lined with gold however they are really thin like an onion skin paper. It's an old philosophy book and I love the color of the outside of the book and the texture of it as well. Anyways what I was getting to was that the few videos I watched for this type of book they were tearing out eight pages and gluing three to five together. It's okay and it still works however when I look at your book it doesn't look like it's skipping in pages the way you did it. Well I now know how I'm going to do my second book when I get to it. thank you so much as always you do such a fantastic job in teaching I really wish I lived in your country because everybody I see who does art journaling most people live overseas and yes I'm in the USA and we have a fine selection of people here who make fantastic books however art journaling is something they don't really teach you in school and therefore is so new to all of us yet so relaxing all right have a fantastic day thank you again for sharing
