I actually bought a roll of 1958-P. I have several with DDO and DDR. I’ve never sent any coins to be graded but several of the 1958’S are on the list to send in. Thanks for the video. And I have 2 gallon jugs of pennies to pick up when I have a chance. I have a relative that started saving these in the 70’s. He never done anything with them. He doesn’t collect coins.
I wonder how many 1958-P DDO Lincolns were released into circulation. Since the 1958 is one of the most common Lincolns of the 1950s there could be many just waiting to be found.
Thanks Daniel. I'm always on the lookout out for Doubled Dies. I found a 1972 FS109 in 2020 and I believe it was in a roll. Sent it off to PCGS and got a MS66 RD. Can't complain. Keep your eye out and do your homework to verify. Get a sewn bag Daniel and do a video on a hunt ! I know it would be a longer video but it would be great to watch.
Dag gone Daniel I have enough trouble going through wheat pennies, lol, but thanks for the information I didn't know about, keep up the great video's and God Bless.
Lately ive been finding more keepers in my everyday pocket change than anything ! The coin craze just caused more n more already searched out bank boxes n coin rolls and the junkers just end up back into circulation !
I don't know the person's life or their walk with Christ to make that assumption. We should be more worried about our own shortcomings, things we can control. Negative energy takes away from the Gospel. Jesus died for all and loves all and desires for all of us to accept Him and spend eternity with Him.
I have a beautiful Red 1958 wheat Penny. But it’s not doubled like that. Too bad. If I have Buffalo Nickels that I can’t read the date , should I use Nik-a -Date on them ? What is your recommendation ? Thank you for an answer.
Just recently obtained a lovely 1974-D DDO Kennedy half dollar. Was searching mint sets for quality Eisenhowers at a local well known dealer. Nice buy for $10. Great show, informative for all.

I had no idea the 58 DDO ever existed until it came up for auction.
Back in 1993 I sent a proof set back to the US mint because the nickel had a blob near the date. Worst mistake of my coin collecting life :-(
Dang, lesson learned though!
I was today years old when learning about the 1958 Wheat Cent DDO. Wow, to think this doubled die looks at 55DDO’s as mere chump change

Everyone is going through their wheat cents right now! 😂
Thanks Daniel always fun to look for mint errors
It's the chase, I'm hooked, got scope coming Friday, believe I have found a 1972 Lincoln cent fs-104! Gonna find out! 😊

That’s some severe doubling. It’s hard to mistake that.
On Judgment Day
God is going to question the man who paid 1.1 million dollars for a penny instead of serving the poor.

I don't recommend using nic a date. Why do you need to?
Never heard of the 58 double die

my favorite is the 1943 copper cent, got me started in coins around 1972.
Talk about inflation. A $1,000,000 penny.
Great information and I have been searching for them 😀
Excellent video Daniel. Ty so much
Damn, I don't have any of those, thanks
