I'd like to see you try my homemade hot sauce, everybody I know won't eat it and the few who do say it's the hottest sauce they've ever had. It's literally just a half cup of ghost peppers mixed with a half cup of Trinidad scorpions and a half cup of super chillies, mixed with a full cup of poblano peppers for flavor. For me it's a solid 9/10 and the uses for it are pretty few and far between but the smoky flavor from the scorpions is just perfection. I guess I should also add that for the recipe I just added vinegar after everything was blended until it reached a decent hot sauce consistency, just in case anybody else wants to give it a shot
I have tried all of their sauces, the pineapple mango habanero has a TINY bit of kick which I would suggest giving to people that can’t tolerate spice. (My grandmother LOVES this sauce.) Personally, the ghost pepper sauce is the best one I have tried and I will never use anything else besides Elijah’s Xtreme
