Does anyone know if this really the whole episode? It seems incomplete. Theres no Introduction to the characters, the cuts are weird and as good as nothing gets explained. It's just three girls talking about random stuff the whole time. I mean it's fun but... Seems weird

Lucky Star is one of the few anime's where I think both sub and dub sound amazing and both versions of their voice actors fit them so well. I'm pretty sure I've watch this series hundreds of time already lol. Lucky Star is my go-to show to watch when I feel anxious and just need something to watch and relax.

Yes exactly I have watched this so many times, dub and subbed and it never gets dry. I make it at least an annual watch so I watch it on new year because it is so nostalgic and just relaxing.

They actually really got the dub voice actors very similar in tone and feel to the original japanese actors 😀 So far really good!

Fair enough I find the original voice actors work better for high school girls but the dub voice actors to be better for a more general audience

Lucky Star is somehow more relatable and entertaining to me at age 26 than it was when I was in high school. Life isn't about action, it's about debating the correct ways to eat food with your friends.

It’s weird. We have had a dime-dozen, slice of life anime. I wonder what made this so different, and still considered one of the tops of the genre.
My personal theory, it’s the design and colors. Each character feels and looks VERY distinct.

When I first watched this in middle/high school, I couldn’t get through it because I thought it was really boring (I’ve always been more of an action fantasy/sci fi kind of gal). But now that I’m 20 and in my second year of college, this is the cutest and most relaxing thing I’ve seen in a long time.
I didn't think the show would still be up on YT considering how much they've changed their policies over the years. It's been forever since I watched this anime and I still love it. Konata was one of the most relatable characters out there 🤣
