      Soya sauce + sesame oil + sugar + water. Yes water, because it is needed to dilute the soya sauce as soya sauce by itself is to potent.

      Chilli sugar salt
      Lime/ vinegar/ ginger
      Chicken stock not those packet cubes
      Chilli turn bad easily

    This is a Malaysian dish. Singapore hawker food is crap in comparison.
