I just got mine and the only struggle was the neck, not because it was difficult to remove, but because the wrong section kept coming out. I have to turn it and wiggle it in order for the end that's in her body to come out, instead of the end that's in her head. I didn't even bother using the stand since her hair holds up her pretty well.
