may be it will take time for me to follow this approach but its definitely good to know the alternate methods. As of now i am good with following traditional method of writing xpath as it also helps to understand the how the elements are placed in DOM and also to parameterize the xpath wherever applicaple :)

Thanks for sharing the knowleage. I tried with incognito mode. The copy of the releative xpath is not working.
Hi, To use SelectorsHub or any browser extension in incognito mode, there is a setting required which user need to do.

It is a good feature but the problem is some organization block the extensions feature in all the browsers. So, it will be good if selector hub will create some desktop inspector like appium inspector. Extensions are blocked in my organization.

Hi Naveen..I want to highlight one thing here. In my case, this selector hub option doesn't appear so that we can xpaths. Please share if you have any ideal for the solution.
You can try uninstalling and install selectorshub again.

How to find xpath for text editor?
Tool doesn’t have capabilities to capture dynamic x paths. For static items with id, name would give you clear xpaths for others you need to write your own

yes, why not. If they ask any question, you can always justify the plugin with it features and chrome extension verified flag.

I have life time free crack of this tool. And test case studio pro as well.
Here easy solution will just one parameterised xpath. This selector tool work only for few easy web app. But if it's angular app don't help much
Then you should ask your dev team to provide unique I'd or test data Id for elements for angular and react app. Its always a good practice in test automation.
Its not about easy web app, it's about how exactly dev has given the right unique IDs or name for each element in your application which will help in test automation.
