I don't care what anybody say, this is a flawless victory, the irrelevant parts of the video is what made this one suspense filled, AWESOME ONE mr Bongi.
Much love my brother 🤍🖤
Great video. Very nice way you make it, showin schematics, graphics and good board view. Explanation is good, informative and a relaxing.
Hello, I just wanna say Thank you for giving the links for schematics. Now I can learn on how to repair motherboards with your videos. Please upload more and more videos. More power to your channel 👌🏼💪🏼
This is a very good job. Thanks for sharing with us.
Keep up the good work bro, I'm your new subscriber.
your presentation is very good and clear for me
Thanks to your video this helps me a lot😊
This is OK: a shorted mosfet. The problem is when the 2 mosfets are fine. You must suspect about the IC charging pump, which manages the mosfets' gate.
IF you did not have a donor mosfet, in this case since they are the same and only the 1st mosfet is broken, you could have switched the 1st MOSFET with the 2nd MOSFET and THEN jumped the 2nd mosfet with a wire. Then the charging chip should be safe. Of course, replacing the mosfet with a new one is always better but if you are in an emergency, this could have worked too.
both fets are obseved if on gives 19 while its offf by power mangment it will off other fets....crazy some people sucess with fet jumping...any ideas
How is this jumping done?
How i wish you can make a video sir🙏🙏 … I really need to learn it
Thanks. Great video & super clear instructions. What flux are you using please?
Great job! Your knowledge is excellent.
What microscope your using here?
Thank you sir..very helpful video..
I've been working on Toshiba l850 boards recently. One I jumped eventually failed. There was hole in charge ic. I think you are right. Best not jump. Another can't get powering. Seems like signalling from EC to charge ic bad. Anyway I'll play until it's fixed or I die.
Excellent video
Watching the way you repair and technique good day
I just tested some power banks, how to make them stronger, and what to do to reach their max output power. The solution is simple, connecting a 4.5V soldering iron to the USB port and use it for testing bad boards. Some get stronger in 2 minutes, some need 10 minutes to reach max power (older devices).
Hi have you schematics for samsung np270e5e-x06fr please??? Thankyou
Useful video, thanks. I assume it needed a new screen after you'd dragged the motherboard over it a few times? Surprised you didn't protect it...
I'm new to this board repair thingy. I've watch your videos numerous time. Its very helpful. It hard to repair thing you don't have schematic for it. Is there schematics files you can share with us here?
Please help with lenovo g50 A-362 REV 1 that you used to repair 🙏🙏
I want dell all in one schematic model 20- 3048 do u have
Is it a special gel type flux you are using ? I have only a liquid flux pen.
Hi great video, can you do a video on how to replace a mosfet by reading the lettering on the mosfet, as I agree with replacing it but how you read the letters on the mosfet and if you can't get how too find the one you can use, your very good at what you do👍😁
Pls sir… what are criterias for changing the first mosfet? Must it be from the same type of laptop/motherboard? Or any mosfet with same number? Or just change from anywhere?
Or can u replace N channel with any N channel and P channel mosfet with any P channel mosfet even if is not the same number? 🙏 pls help me
Brother what course would you recommend for me to take to learn more ngama electronics.
how many degrees of heat to remove the mosfet IC? thanks sir
Hi bro i have a lenovo G580 The problem is restart no display when I remove the ram it's stable start and hold on but if put ram it's again restart is there any help and suggestion
Nice work bro 💪
Tell me Mr Bongi do you use universal charger pin to clip with a crocodile clip, so meaning you don't use a charger when switching on bench power supply??
what about that knocked capacitor?
nice job
Very nice
Sir in a situation where you bridge the first mosfet and the charging ic got damage. What will i do?
I bridged my first mosfet and now the charging ic gets hot each time I plug in my adapter. What’s the solution
Hi there , it was very useful and informative tutorial video . your explanation is very simple and perfect . keep it up . thnx
what's that paste (liquid ) called 11:54 ???
I understand but I used to bypass two mosfets and it charges , can you explain please ? I know in newer laptop the BQ chip won't allow that but how about older laptops ? I tried it myself in hp pro book board which first two mosfets was burned and welded to the board and I bypassed them with jumber wire and laptop was working and charging

Thank you for this. What if laptop starts normally, loads windows ok, progs run ok, but then fans go max and then it all shuts down? Any idea what to check. Also doesnt see nvidia gpu anymore. Hasee n95. Thx
Temps?
Nice job bro. Please let me know which microscope you are using??

what flux exactly do you use please? it looks good
I use different brands but I prefer Amtec Flux
@@jbvtechnologies thank you i will buy it
Thank for your amazing video, Please advise where I can get free Schematics ! Thanks

@@jbvtechnologies nothing bro
95% of the time you wont be able to find schematics, unfortunately that's reality...
If a mosfets number ends in an even number its an n channel and if it ends with an odd number its a p channel mosfet thats what i learned to do
that's not always the case, I have a 18537 mosfet from Texas Instruments and it's an N-channel mosfet, so always check the datasheet or test the chip.
Im located in gauteng and I have a same lenovo laptop that doesnt power on. Is there any possibility that we can make a way for my laptop to reach you for reparations?

@@jbvtechnologies Do you also make transformation IC replacements?

Its very strange, he is holdin MM at buzzer mode and he is checking 3v and 5v 🤦.
Bro just hot glue it together, its simple
Thanks for the tip
it does not work spacks you know
First
lol hah hah
I often wonder how a screen gets scratched when repairing the circuit board and now I know, people like you sliding the board on it like it's a work bench and when they ask you how come it's scratched you tell them it wasn't you you were working on the circuit board, really bad abuse of a customers property, very very unprofessional.
Did this happen to you?
Can you tell me where to get Asus schematics from?
