I’ve been motorcycle camping for years but I’ve always used hard bags. I ride a Husqvarna 701 now. I have a US-30 and US-10 and I’m going to try using just them this summer. I won’t be putting my tent inside the bag as I have a good spot for it elsewhere. I don’t take a hatchet but I do take a Glock with a couple of high capacity magazines.
Yea I normally strap the tent to the outside too, can't carry in NY state so my guns are in my country house. I've never had hard bags but if I can ride NYC to Cali with softs, i can def camp with them too.
Nice video, I'll be going camping on my Monster soon I'm sure! Please be sure to show how you do get the bags mounted on the bike when you get the chance 8-)
do you have a video or photo with them both mounted on top of each other on your bike? I own a US-30 and I am looking to buy a US-20 for camping but I can't find any examples of what the US-20 looks like on top, I have only seen the US-10 on top. I am wondering what it looks like and how stable it is because I don't want to buy two US-20's just to mount them on the sides of the US-30 (so it's balanced).
The bags are awesome! However theeez just no way I can justify giving $200 for A SINGLE BAG to the Brits!! They are out of their MINDS!! until they’ll change their prices, I’d rather use duffle bags that are significantly cheaper
@@ducatinyc oh I’m aware. But until the prices are more reasonable I’ll just use 2 BIG duffle bags, some garbage bags if necessary, and some tow straps.
Kriega bags are the bee's knees. NIce packing job.
Yea man, huge fan. Thank you broski!

Good stuff! Camping on a moto is fun and double the fun when its a Monster :)
That vid is coming soon.
I love those kriegas, damn expensive though...
True, not cheap. But I've had mine for 6 years and used them for thousands of miles of abuse. They are still perfect.
Have a nice camping trip 😉
Unfortunately I'm already back. It was awesome. Vids of it coming soon :)

And these are not even considered expensive, these are mid priced bags, there are fancier brands
