Dave Castro Leads Individual Programming for 2024 CrossFit Games

After a full year of being back in charge of the CrossFit Games, Dave Castro has taken the reins and is doing the programming for the individual division himself. With that, Adrian Bozman has taken over the team programming for this year’s Games.

So good that Dave is programming all individual events. No more crossover doubleunders etc.
That kind of stuff gives me 2nd hand embarrassment.
