I love all of your clsses and im learning a lot from them. i would love it if you would add a final piece to these videos combining all of the five shines one after the other at the end of the class. Some of your videos used to have them and that was the part i kept on repeating over and over again to make it perfect after having listened to your explanations for each shine. Thanks!
I have a question hopefully you can clarify it for me. On the text you have "alternate timing: kick on 8 and swivel on 1. Does this mean we can change up the timing as well?
