Nelson Mandela Bay doesn't have the greatest track record of full swims/any swim at all, but the city comes to town and makes for an amazing race. I'll be doing the 70.3 on the same day so will be cheering for you as you come running past! Hope to see you there :)

You should consider Ironman Kalmar. Incredible flat course that would suit you. 70.3 Elsinore is also awesome. I will most likely be racing both and it would be awesome to see you in person 🌟
Yes, it will be expensive for you to travel to NZ for the 70.3 worlds, but for us living in NZ, we have IM70.3 in December and a full IM in March, if we want to do any more we have to travel overseas....

Harry, don't see yourself as training with better athletes to make yourself better. You're one of them in your own right don't put yourself down.
You showed in Florida what you are capable of and if it wasn’t for the stomach issues you would have easily been right up there
