    Who would want to live here?? 😂😂 LOL We are anxious for our home to be done here in River Park. And yes..I want a side by side. Also...Boise Hunter is nice to work with. Nice job Craig

    Why all the ponds? I don't see the benefit in all the fake lakes. Why not more gated communities???

      People in general like water… even a man made pond. Builders know homes and communities sell better when water is part of it… so they make fake ponds.
      Not a lot of gated communities in the area. What do you see as the benefits to a gated community?
