So sorry to hear your family is going through this. We'll all be here when you get your family well so take the time you need. Sending healing wishes for you all. 💜
I pray for swift healing for you all & patience during the healing process!! Family is more important, so I hope you don't feel pressured to do anything, but care for yourselves through this.🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Thank you for the update. I’m hearing of several people having it. Family is always first! Be sure to get some rest for yourself too. …haha, with little ones-but you know what I mean.
Thanks Verna. I have recently lost friends to Covid, and a new mom friend of mine had to deliver her baby because of COVID and has been in ICU on a ventilator ever since. 😭 WE are doing fine, just stressed. I know too many people gone because of this disease. I hope we can be rid of it soon!!
@@YarnatPlay I’m sorry to hear that. It’s horrible but so many people STILL thinking it doesn’t exist. My son lost his fiancé 😭 She was perfect for him. Both my son’s have had it. We are still keeping at home except for the mandatory shopping.
Oh, dear... take care of yourself (as primary caregiver!) and hang in there. We can wait for you, dear one. Praying for a swift and full recovery for your husband. My vaccinated daughter got it, as did two grandchildren, and thank heavens, it was mild for all. The 12-year-old was the sickest, but bounced back. Thank you for the update.
@@YarnatPlay I can imagine, with those dear bouncy kiddos! Sending lots of positive energy and calming thoughts :) My granddaughter kept wanting to run to the corner store... but she wasn't allowed out. You know, as soon as you cannot do something, you want to do just that. She was sick and slept much of the day, then shaved half her head while her mom was asleep. -- And actually, it looks cute on her, but she is NOT supposed to use the clippers without permission and guidance.
Oh no!!! 😭 I have had to deal with a few diy haircuts from the kids over the years, but no shaved heads! 🤣 Hopefully they have all had a good sense of humor about it!
@@YarnatPlay Well, I liked the half-shaved head she sported the last time. It was a bit uneven, so she got to go to the barber for proper trimming and razor cuts behind one ear... amazingly, exactly like the razor cuts I got 20+ years ago, when I let my brother-in-law practice on me as he worked towards his license. We support my granddaughter, but her mom is adamant about not letting her dye her hair. We got her a short, layered black cosplay wig she loves to style like the goth anime characters she watches on RUclips, and my sister got her a black one with blue edges. The principal gave her two more wigs. She has to wear khakis and collared (polo) shirts to school. She cut one pair of khakis so one leg is Bermuda-shorts length and one is capri length. She said, correctly, there is nothing in the dress code about having both legs the same length. She wears an ankle sock with the capri side and a horizontally striped thigh high sock on the shorts side. 🤷🏽♀She also cut the shoulders out of a polo shirt, explaining that the dress code specifies that the shirts must have sleeves and collars, no mention of shoulders. How can we argue with her logic? Apparently, her creativity tickles the principal. Thank goodness!! You can imagine how much I savor my solo time, after having my grandchildren spend every workday in my tiny apartment between March 2020 and September 2021, while my daughter worked in the office as an essential worker.
Lots of prayers. Hopefully you are all young and healthy enough to get thru it quickly. My niece her husband and kids all had and she took about 2 weeks to get better, no hospital. Him and the kids felt yucky about 3 days. Good luck.
@@YarnatPlay Thank you! My husband and youngest son are both positive. I am still negative. Luckily! Hope your husband is feeling better. Are the rest of you still negative?
Oh no! My sister tested positive the day after we saw her. My boyfriend has a fever and I've got body aches. I have to wait to get the PCR test because my work says that it's the only accurate test and I have to wait a few more days. Things are real here in Michigan! Good luck to you and I'm sending you good thoughts!
Ugh... Yeah! I don't know why things have gotten so bad in Michigan, but our hospitals are over capacity on the west side of the state. The Feds we're sending us emergency doctors and nurses to help because things are so bad right now. I had a friend from childhood pass away last week and another friend (she is only 24) has been on a ventilator for the last 10 days. She was pregnant and had to deliver early. Thankfully the baby is doing well in NICU and getting stronger everyday, and my friend is showing signs of improvement, but her progress is slow. We are all praying hard for her that she would be able to get off the vent, out of ICU and be reunited with her baby SOON!! 😢❤️
Been there last year Thanksgiving day and lived through it just fine without any intervention at all. Doing blood work almost 4 months later verified antigens were there to protect me in the future.
@@YarnatPlay Thank you, viruses of all sorts been all around me. Thank God I seem to be still protected a year later with no other issues at all. They say natural seems to work a little better. Build your immunities is your best defense I feel. Children even less worry than adults with these viruses.
So far, 1 positive, 2 negative, and we are still waiting on results for 1 more. I am going to retest the kids that are negative in a few days though because everyone in the house is sick.
Hubby and I are vaccinated no booster yet though, he got it and I didn't. His symptoms have remained very mild. My oldest is the only one old enough to be vaccinated (she is 8) we had her scheduled to be vaccinated, but COVID got to us first (she also tested positive and was the first one with symptoms). My 1 year old and 3 year old have both tested negative as well. We are still waiting on my 4 year old's test results. Here in Michigan we have the worst rates of COVID in the country. All our hospitals are at maximum capacity. The Feds have sent us emergency doctors and nurses to help with the hospital load. Our hospitals have never been at "code red" ever (they have been at code red for over a week now), and they are currently over capacity and scrambling. However, 91% of people in the hospital with COVID we're unvaccinated, so the vaccine has still made a big difference in our area. Being in Michigan is just a tough place to be at the moment.
I'm glad the symptoms are mild. They usually are for the breakthrough cases. It must be tough with little ones who can't get the vaccine yet! Keep on doing what you're doing. It sounds like you've got a good grip on it. Hubby and I are vaxed, no boosters yet - but we just keep to ourselves and don't have kids. {Big socially distanced hugs} to you all. You've got this.
Just got my test results back. I do NOT have COVID! Pray it stays that way while I take care of these sick kiddos!
Wishing you and your family quick and smooth recovery! ❤️

We are all still only having mild symptoms. I think we will all be fine. It is just more the trial of quarantine than anything else at the moment.
