Honestly, as long as he doesn’t slip out of character, I think an act like this is hard to fail. All it takes is a few people to catch on and start laughing and/or dancing, for that energy and realization to spread throughout the audience.

Don´t you find it weird how the camera just happens to be pointing at some one in the audience that asks a question out loud? "What is he doing?" "Why is he doing x". Some times they aren´t even asking some one, just literally saying it out loud like in a freaking cartoon. And a lot of the reactions look so forced, the first people to stand up and dance did it right when the song started, the joke didn´t even start and they randomly stood up and danced for no reason, the rest of the audience only joined them after

Those lyrics hit me hard having experience in what he was singing about. It was a really emotional song and I don’t think anybody should go through what he was singing about. Those were just really powerful words and I couldn’t hold in the tears.
