Be careful with the castor oil. Be prepared to need a bathroom after 12 hours or so! BAD. Castor oil drops in the belly button will clean the body out too!

I bought some of those foot detox pads on Amazon and the first use they turned black and then the next night I used them again and they were barely black at all, I have metal rods in my feet so I have bad feet but they do work, Also casterol oil in a dark glass bottle is great for hair and skin and I even heard for abdominal issues if you rub on the stomach, anyways great video/ haul, i subbed a few days ago, I'm here from heyyy everybody and you both are so sweet ❤and great to watch very wholesome channel.
