I just have to say Jessica, there are plenty of beautiful yoga teachers on RUclips and not to compare you to others because they all are beautiful in their own way. But I find your flows so much more dynamic and unique in the poses that you give and I feel that I have learned so many new poses from your practices and it’s just always unexpected and I always feel like I’m challenging myself but still you give a softness and compassion as well. Anyways I just thought I would say thank you for your beautiful practices and for the work that you do.
I also wanted to add I really appreciated the time of meditation! 🧘🏻♀️ So many online instructors take you through the practice - but only a very short if any meditation. I feel the more strenuous the practice, the longer meditation/savasana you need, to get your heart rate back to normal, to rest & reset. I see this was made a year ago. I am grateful to have access to it. Thanks again Jessica!
This is probably my favorite of all of your online classes so far. I love the slow, mindful quality instilled by the balancing postures. They show me where I am mentally doubting myself, where I am out of alignment with my self. They are especially powerful in helping me to become aware of and to release negative mental chatter. Your voice and your practices are a wonderful gift. Thank you.
I really liked this 30 minute practice. It is just what I was looking for before work. I am in my 60's and balance of my body and a quiet mind is of great importance to me. Thanks for making this available 💮 Namaste 🙏🏻
I am doing this practice on my lanai and just as you began the meditation part and said envision a string at the top of your head, the sun broke through! Even tho my eyes were closed, I could feel the brightness. A wonderful practice! Working on balance is so rewarding and important at my age… 70. Thank you Jessica.🧘
9 months pregnant and I have kept up my yoga practices through my entire pregnancy and this class was lovely! I feel so off-centred at times and this helped me get in touch with some balance again 😊
Hi Jessica , I use to do the 26/2 heated yoga before the pandemic , and when everything happend the studio of coarse shut down. Before that I had never done any other type of yoga. I decided to be open and just try something different and started looking at RUclips for some yoga. You are one of the first channels I found, and loved . I can follow along with you, your pace is so effortlessly perfect and you’re voice soothing. I flow with each annunciation, and guided movement. This flow was so amazing , it was full circle. We came back where we began and I loved it. My body feels better, I cried during the meditation. I guess I needed to release more then just physical tension. Thank you for your beautiful craft, and sharing it with the world. You are a true yogina and I am sending love and peace to you from Rhode Island! Thank you and Namaste 🙏🏼
You restored my faith in my body and in my ability to balance but also how to care and respect my body again. Injuries are not our bodies letting us down, they are a reminder to start a better conversation with ourselves ❤️

Balance poses have always been my favorite, but after being away for several months, this was a tough one. I still loved the challenge. I will definitely revisit this one in a month or two.
I was hesitant about this session because my balance is so bad. You've taught me in the past to trust my confidence so this morning I did it. My balance is still not the best, but it's also not the worst. It'll take a few more practices, but it is a fun challenge. Thank you, yet again
