We're disappointed to hear you're unable to open your raceway. Please note, each length is supplied with a protective film cover, first remove the film cover & you should be able to open the raceway, please see video below showing D-Line being opened once film cover has been removed. ruclips.net/video/3x79CeVkIuk/видео.htmlfeature=shared
