      @@sanjaypandey1998 Yeah, that's true. Islam is a political ideology built to conquer lands and convert the whole mankind. That is the reason there are punishments for apostates in the sharia law.
      In Islam, the precedence is unconditional faith in Allah, Quran and Mohammad and not the good deeds because even if you do wonderful deeds and live life like a saint but have rejected Allah/Quran or Mohammad then you will be sent packing to eternal hell to be fried like chicken at KFC. There is no concept of law of karma, free will regarding religious choice and all.
      Islam is all about decimating kaafirs (non-believers) and creating an environment around the world where Islam is the dominant religion. Unfortunately, these pipe dreamers don't realize that even when that happens, these fanatics will wage war against each other based on sunni/shia sects and then sub-sects within sunni and shia and will annihilate everyone on earth. That is the reason Islam either needs to be reformed by eliminating deadly verses from Quran and hadiths and make it saner, spiritual and political ideology free. It should serve for betterment of human and not as a vote bank to conquer the world. If that happens, then there is a chance for humanity to prosper, else one day Islam will take down everyone out. I have come to this conclusion after serious study of Islamic history and ideology.
      Every religion and ideology committed some mistakes but apart from Islam various other major religions have reformed and became saner and reasonable to allow for coexistence, difference of opinion, free will and freedom but unfortunately Islam doesn't allow that, it will not dare to touch Quran or Sunnah to accommodate modern lifestyle and constructs to allow for compassionate understanding of differing points of view and lifestyle;

    • @critical_analysis
      @critical_analysis Год назад

      @@humanbeing3873 Absolutely, I agree that in this talk, Professor made valid and realistic points which should be beneficial for Pakistan. But, we have to dig deep here and understand that, if peace really exists between these two nations, then the biggest loser of such arrangement would be the Pakistan military establishment. Military establishment in Pakistan has had unprecedented power over decades and entrenched itself in all the important spheres of Pakistan's society and has occupied thousands of acres of prime land in various cities for their own military people and have installed their men in various important posts in the country. So, if the terror of war against India is eliminated then the civilian government will be able to curtail the wings of the military establishment and thus these elites in the military will loose their privileges of which they have been accustomed for decades.
      So, a strong leader with a sane mind (forgetting about becoming a star in the Muslim Ummah) who comes to power without any support of the establishment and whose credentials are unimpeachable and whose primary goal is to better the lives of Pakistan people is elected then there is a chance for peace to exist between these two countries.
      OR
      A military general of unquestionable integrity and selfless, who is ready to sacrifice the privileges enjoyed by the military all along comes through then also peace is possible.
      If the above two are not possible, then it is difficult to have a chance for genuine peace for long. Because, from India's point of view, it has tasted backstabbing at the hands of Pakistan including the famous one in 1999, when both the PMs were literally hugging each other and were having great camaraderie but general Musharraf without their knowledge was sending army to Kargil and thus derailing the whole peace process.
      Pakistan should realize, it's OK it was formed on ideological front of Islam but that was in the past and now no need to keep on having that front and instead move on and become modern and develop strengths in the fields of science and technology and engineering. Need of the hour is building strong educational institutions where teachers are well qualified and to stop building hateful narrative in the madrasas. Building hateful narrative poisons young minds and cripples their creativity and capacity to think freely;
      I hope to see peace between the two nations soon and hope they prosper and do better for their people;

    Dr. Cheema, you've asked every panelist the same question. "If India, with all its problems, can achieve (relative) prosperity why can't Pakistan?" Your panelists have given you round about answers so let me try and draw your attention to some simple facts. No Muslim country has ever achieved prosperity by engaging in anything other than conquest, loot and plunder. The only exception to that is the discovery and sale of oil in the middle east and places like Indonesia, but even that can be defined as plundering resources. The Turks, Arabs and Central Asian marauders who conquered parts of northern India were nothing more than parasites from miserably poor homelands who wanted to live off the incredibly resourceful Indian people. Pakistan is the marauders' offspring. That is the reason all Muslims in the subcontinent fantasize about conquering India. It has to do with Islamic indoctrination which gives them a sense of entitlement. They think it is their basic right to be parasites feeding off the Hindu population. Unfortunately for them, this is the 21st century and Hindus have learned to defend themselves. So Pakistan is just plain out of luck - it'll never ever be prosperous and its survival is going to depend on whether it can successfully sell its soul to America or its land to China.

    Pakistan's national interest is Islam and Kashmir. And as you say, a party can win elections without Islam but not without Kashmir. And as long as Pakistan's primary (and only) interest remains Kashmir, it will be where it is. At thee bottom. Fortunately for India, I might add as I firmly believe that a strong and stable Pakistan is NOT in India's interest, as it just gets more resources to create and do mischief in India.

    This book is pivot of all policies of Pakistan.
    Not just policies of Pakistan but existence of Pakistan is based on Islam.

    Khan Sir speaking to the point and we appreciate that effort but when islamic ruhu entered in him immediately his way of discussion changes like Librandus in India Which aims that Indic Faith is nothing to do but serve the Abrahamic cult by imposing Arabic culture/traditions to fully eliminate the indigenous tradition/culture of the land .Sometimes he felt bad if anyone criticize him on this point even he makes this his prestige issue but he forgot that by giving moral or direct support to those barbaric cult one day can suppress/finish his moderate voice also which is big loss to our society. Good luck.

    THE TWO SIDES OF QAMAR CHEEMA
    QC does not fight shy of inviting guests who might express opinions that may be harsh to swallow. More often than not it is the case. Saiid Tarrar, a frequent guest on QC’s programs is often trenchant in his criticisms. The other side of QC is that he is like granite. No amount of rain that pours down on it, the granite doesn’t absorb a single drop. QC doesn’t seem to absorb any of the views expressed by his guest. All in all, it is pretty difficult to take Cheema at face value,

    Dr Khan, as an Indian origin Muslim please consider one point. That Kashmir be part of India is of great importance to Indian Muslim which few realize:
    That a Muslim majority state- Kashmir is part of India is the main reason India is still secular when Pakistan has become an Islamic state. Or else India would have become a Hindu state long back

    Cheema ji -- two points emerge from Dr Muktedar’s discussion on Pakistan foreign policy :-/ 1 . Expansionism 2. Patron seeking effort
    Expansionist policy is not an attempt to annex Kashmir but also an attempt to “ Strategic Depth” in Afghanistan. You wanted to treat it as your own surrogate -- which prolonged the Afghan miseries and today even Taliban hate you .
    Another point on your expansionist designs was your PAN ISLAMIC LEADERSHIP DESIRE . Your establishment desired this -- this is why you forgot your roots and considered more closer to Arabs .
    Second point about your effort to seek a patron arose due to you Expansionist policy in Kashmir--you needed protection against india -- though neither USA nor China helped you , when need was felt in 1965 and 1971 . At best China uses its Veto to save some of your MOM- State Actors from being declared international terrorist in UNSC . USA gave you grants -- some 60 Billion USD since 1947--though it did make half hearted efforts in 1981 to intervene but backed out when USSR intervened . Chinese loan over CPEC is basically its own strategic gain . The fact is YOUR PATRONS HAVE USED YOU AS A STRATEGIC CONDOM - use and throw . The day China settles its border issues with India -- unthinkable though today-- it will throw you away . China is using you as a Weapon against India --/ it is NOT your ALL WEATHER FRONT. You have seen it during recent floods --It gave you nothing.
    Your mind set showed it when you refused to accept Dr Muqtedar ‘s point that you attacked an independent Kashmir, even after signing a STSND STILL AGREEMENT signed with Maharaja Hari Singh . Pakistan keeps distorting facts by saying that India annexed it .
    Think if you had maintained😮 the sanctity of STAND STILL AGREEMENT , would India have intervened ? You claimed it because you thought that a Muslim Majority state -- must be you part because of your Pan Islamic Leadership.
    Dr Muqtedar is right that you have used your two strategic assets of RELIGION and GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION so much that they have become UNPRODUCTIVE and INFERTILE .

And Cheemu in his class in his IR course studies peripheral and semi-peripheral states that really stuck with him. But essentially no Paxtaani knows the meaning of any of these terms. Jarnail Bjawaa heard some term in (maybe) a conference abroad and came back to repeat it a thousand times because it sounded very sophisticated and made him look very learned. Bulls. They don't what they mean an iota.
