I went to a bank and bought a $25 box of pennies and when I open the box the dates were marked on the rolls it was mostly wheat pennies the whole box 95% of the boxes wheat pennies so I had a box that was better than yours I had a 1oo 1955 100 56 100 57 and there were so many of them I stopped counting and the oldest one I had in there was a 1927 but I have and it was in the mid state and it was red Mid-State 66 not bad for a 27 add 51 52. 53 54 all to the 40s starting from 1940 up to 1950 100 of each one I had so many in a box that was unreal
