Wow - what a beautiful, inspiring and brave young lady. So inspiring! Seeing her smile after going through all of that trauma was amazing.

This lady! I could be wrong, but I THINK she was in another video about conversation can help. It was while she was still unwell and she was NOT kidding about the weight she had lost. I don't suppose she will ever see this but I have to say....Yes! You're a star and you've come so far, it's wonderful to see you looking so much healthier and bright x

Beautiful family and deeply insightful video. I watched this as part of a suicide/self harm course and found this video a very helpful resource. Thank you Sandeep (and family) for sharing your story... it touched me and no doubt thousands of others 🤗🥰

You are very brave. Telling all what you've been through, and surely you are surrounded by people who think you are mad, you are weak, you are a looser, this would never happen to them. I myself don't thin I would be able to tell publicly, to post a video so, so honest. You have all my respect and I wish you all the best x
PS: I would suggest you do some TED talk about it.

Thank you for sharing this. Praying for you all and praising God for your actions and your love. The impact on you all is obvious but it is great to see how you are all stronger because you pulled together. Thank you for being honest and allowing others to learn from your experiences - this is now part of a course on suicide and self-harm awareness and has been invaluable as part of that course but also from a mother of a child who also attempted to die, thank you so much.

CAMH professionals still only treat the results' of trauma: hypervigilance, and addiction, depression, OCD, eating disorders etc, rather than the toxic shame that comes from abuse and trauma. Need to move towards trauma-informed whole-person therapy - see Tim Fletcher
