Meaning before we used Malabar leaves marinade first into EM then we can already be used the water itself or the leaves only?

1 moistened in EM water and then removed 2 put in a sack and fermented for 7 days (dry with moist) 3. Use the leaves by soaking in water until it turns yellow Can be used for both leaves and water
