Just like it was up to us to search for those in need of help and the result from that is that the dog was saved. We humans must assume the responsibility for the things that happen in this world, because most of them are our fault only.

Those who hurt the innocent do see a judgement. I know because when my mom's abusive brother passed away I had a dream that morning and he was begging me for mercy in the dream on a payphone. I was across the country trucking. I called my mom that afternoon it was hard to shake off the dream and she said he had passed away in hospice that morning of his cancer. So fact not fiction the cruel ones do have to account for their wrongdoings in some way.
