Please answer by your Own experience. IF you are Supply Chain Officer, Master Trainer for CCH and posted to Cold zone in Northeast (max temp.+7 °C min temp. - 5° C) like Towang, Bomdila, etc. All UIP vaccine preserve + 2° C to + 8° C . What would be said as a trainer, which vaccine place first in a ILR. 1. vaccine are preserve according to heat sensitive, All UIP vaccines are heat sensitive. So, First bOPV will place in the bottom, because this vaccine is heat sensitive. ILR bottom temp. is always less temp. then upper Layer temperature. 2. Vaccine are preserve according to freeze sensitive, All UIP vaccines are Freeze sensitive. So, first we put bOPV vaccine in the bottom leyer, because its is less freeze sensitive, ILR bottom temp. is always less temp. then upper Layer temperature. 4. Only HepB and penta, DPT, IPV are freeze sensitive and other vaccine are heat sensitive. Put HepB vaccine First, second Panta, then DTP...etc 5. Non of above, I will explain its Own.
