Hi Enrique. I am here from JB. I am also a CPA in Ohio but am disability retired. You are exactly right about a vehicle. I quit caring what people think a long time ago. They don't pay my bills.
BEST advice, this needs to play on repeat for every young person of driving ages, till at least 30 plus years old. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you 🇺🇸
I bought a '72 Chevy Vega in 1976. Paid cash. Insurance in three years was more than the car cost. Even in my sixties, my insurance is still high. No accidents, no tickets. Why? Because it's all bovine squat. Get the states to mandate insurance and you can write your own paycheck. Insurance is a scam. Every single vehicle I've ever bought, has been with cash
I’ve financed many cars when I was younger. Thank god I stopped buying anew car every few years. I’m so happy to be driving an old Honda from 2004 it runs like a top! I’m so happy that I made this decision ! My insurance is also really low. Thanks for the great content. ❤
I have not had a car payment for about 30 years.
Very good advice to young people, Only if they Listen, an really is good advice for every One, thanks Enrique.
Enrique is on point with this entire assessment!
My husband will never see this.... But after a hurricane in Florida, He insisted we had to buy one model. Sienna. Toyota. There were only two. He vetoed a kiddy destroyed version. They didn't even wash it. There were toys, moss, and french fries. He felt insulted. The only other Sienna was 3 hours away. They screwed us on interest, price, broken promises. I feel insulted now.
Thanks for sharing today. Stay healthy and safe 😂... from the Ozarks
My husband drives 1998 Honda Accord. It's going into the shop for some maintenance this week. Totally worth the cost. We couldn't replace that vehicle if we wanted to.
Brilliant message , great info. Same here, it is awesome to.just buy something you saved for and have no payment. Paid cars for maybe 20 years, not famcy cars but still paid a lot , should have stopped and let myself get ahead, did that and its soooo much better now.
Good financial advice looking foward to more videos.
I like your new channel and I’m looking forward to many more interesting videos.
Sound advice Enrique. 👍
My last new car purchase was 20 years ago . I still have it and it felt great to pay her off after 6 long years . I'm 62 now and have lost the desire to be in the flashiest ,coolest, must have set of wheels. My once new Mustang and I are both becoming antiques haha Take care
They know the boats sinking and probably gonna make every cents worth on the bankruptcy. 😮😢
That's exactly what usually happens.
Excellent advice Enrique. We have the same over here in the UK. Keep up the good work Richie.
Very good advice, wish I could've had this conversation decades ago when I was young & dumb!
My Jeep 2006 Liberty, less than 100.000 miles ,love it.
Interesting!! 👏 from Colorado!!
Great info (or reminders). Thank you
I have a 2005 Mazda Tribute that is beat up on the outside. I drive it everywhere, I don't care what it looks like. I also have a 2011 Nissan Maxima, I consider it my new car, lol. I don't drive it much, I put all my milage on my Mazda. I could well afford a new car, I could buy one cash. But why should I? I get from point A to point B, and that's all that matters to me.
My 2017 lexus ct200h in excellent condition! Only 146,000 miles. Good enough for me.
Thanks for the video 😊

I thought I was gonna get attention with my Monte Carlo SS 1984, had them alright older ladies just admiring “my dad had one of those” or “I loved those cars when I was younger” but mostly men compliments and offers to buy that’s it 😂

Common sense Channel.People need instruction in finance, as they are not getting the education in schools, from family or the Govt.
Thanks brother - we need to get you a clip so you can all hands free n shiiiiat.
Question - would you recommend a financial advisor or a fiduciary as the FNG that is taking over for my retiring dude (who I didn't pick) is a jackass and I don't want that wanker near my account - total used car salesman (not that there is anything wrong with a car salesperson lol) but the total "up sell" during our review was complete trash - FTG
